Replacement & Refund Policy

At DopeTraveler, every item is printed to order specifically for each customer. Because of this, we do not accept returns, exchanges, or refunds for buyer’s remorse, change of mind, personal taste, ordering mistakes, or subjective dissatisfaction with the artwork style.
Please review all listing photos carefully before purchasing.

Important: Artwork Style & Close-Up Images

Our product listings are designed to show the artwork as accurately as possible.
For poster listings in particular, Photos #2, #4, and #6 are intentionally provided as close-up detail images so customers can examine the illustration style, line work, artistic texture, colors, and overall appearance of the artwork at a closer viewing distance.
Likewise, many of our other products include detailed close-up photographs intended to show print details, material characteristics, textures, woven patterns, or other important visual aspects of the product.
By placing an order, customers acknowledge that these detail images have been made available for review prior to purchase.
A customer deciding after delivery that they do not personally like the artistic style, illustration technique, texture, woven appearance, color interpretation, or visual character of the artwork is not considered a product defect and does not qualify for a refund, replacement, or return.

Eligible Issues (15-Day Window)

If your item arrives with one of the following verified production or fulfillment issues, please contact us within 15 days of delivery and include clear photographs of the problem.
Eligible issues include:

• Image quality defects
• Incorrect item received
• Shipping damage
• Stained or damaged item
• Wrong color or wrong size received
• Wrong design printed

Resolution Process

When an eligible issue is verified, we will provide a replacement item at no additional cost to the customer.
In most cases, customers will not be required to return the defective item. Instead, a corrected replacement will be produced and shipped.
You may keep, recycle, donate, or dispose of the defective item as you wish unless otherwise instructed.

Refunds Instead of Replacements

Refunds are generally not issued when a replacement can reasonably solve the problem.
However, if the item was purchased for a specific event, gift, holiday, celebration, or time-sensitive occasion and a replacement would no longer be useful due to timing, we may issue a refund at our discretion once the issue has been verified.

Non-Eligible Situations

The following situations are not considered defects and do not qualify for replacement, return, exchange, or refund:

• Change of mind after purchase
• Personal preference or taste
• Deciding the artwork is not what you expected despite listing photos showing the artwork clearly
• Ordering the wrong item, size, or design by mistake
• Differences in screen brightness, monitor calibration, or device display settings
• Preference changes after viewing the item in person
• Subjective opinions regarding artistic style, illustration style, texture, or visual appearance when these characteristics are visible in the listing photos
